Patients have found it expedient to arrive from locations as distant as Chicago. A diplomat traveled from Morocco and another from Kuwait For those from out-of-state, special frequent sessions can be arranged when appropriate. It is common for patients who generally have weekly sessions to live in Ulster County, new Haven area of Connecticut, New Jersey, as far as Edison, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and so forth.

The limited number of sessions, as a rule just five, allow patients to easily journey to the lifesaving therapies offered at the Stop Smoking Medical Center.

Subway users depart the N, R, and F lines literally around the corner from the office. Multiple bus routes bring one to this central location just a block from Carnage Hall and three blocks from Columbus Circle." Car parking is across the street.
